We offer two year certification in adult, infant & child CPR, first aid and BLS for Healthcare provider through the American Heart Association. We also offer one certification in Universal Precautions via e-mail or full class through National Safety Council.

Know the Signs of a Heart Attack
- Shortness of breath
- Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, jaw or neck
- Crushing pain or pressure in the chest lasting several minutes or that goes away and comes back
- Cold sweat or lightheadedness
