1.    SEND payment of $15.00 to Taekwondo_diva@yahoo.com through Paypal and put in the special instructions that you would like to take the e-mail Universal Precautions class and the e-mail address you would like to have the information sent to.  (You get a receipt through Paypal.) Once payment is received, you will receive a 9 page e-mail to read over.

2.    READ the information and when you are ready, send an e-mail to request the test.  After you take the test (word document that you insert the answers into), e-mail it back with your mailing address.  You will receive your certification card within two business days. (Monday-Friday)

3.    LOOK in your mailbox for your original hand-signed National Safety Council certification.
